A lovely neighbour and will be sadly missed xx

In remembrance of dear Patrick. He entertained with his anecdotes and had a fantastic memory of past horse races, he was knowledgeable and win or lose was great fun . We shall miss him at Bath but hope he can tip us the wink from his new vantage point.
